Inventory
Feels like a list kind of day...
a sunrise run
surprisingly good coffee from the newsstand
new connections
finding a way to let go of the thing that is stuck in craw
a tackle hug
folding laundry on the floor
the last look you give yourself before you walk away from the mirror
the perfect song playing
being nowhere but here
tired eye sockets
having faith in the good
belonging to yourself
a forgotten bag of mini eggs
when you look back on your day, what stands out?

Sitting with the uncomfortable
About a month back I wrote this to someone else who inspires me...
My step to being brave is to stop measuring…
my words
my actions
my emotion
my heart vs. my head
my enthusiasm
holding back is making me tired!
Don't hold back what is in your heart. Don't hold back what you know you're worth.
The world deserves to see your beauty in every way. And simply, so do you.
